These terms apply when you use Online Spectrum Analyzer and its browser-based audio analysis features.

Permitted use

You may use the service for lawful personal, educational, creative, or professional analysis. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to any audio you select and for complying with applicable laws.

Measurement limitations

Results are provided for informational and analytical purposes. Browser, device, audio codec, microphone, and operating-system differences can affect measurements. Unless a device has been appropriately calibrated, displayed digital levels must not be treated as certified sound-pressure measurements.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every audio format, device, or measurement will produce a particular result.

Acceptable behavior

You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security protections, use it for unlawful purposes, or infringe the rights of others. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary.
